Sale and Purchase of Goods Artisan (the “Seller”) agrees to sell, and you (the “Buyer”) agree to purchase, the goods described during checkout (the “Goods”). This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the sale.
Purchase Price
- The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on our website.
Payment Terms
- The total Purchase Price is payable in full by the Buyer according to the payment due date stated at checkout.
- The Seller reserves the right to seek reimbursement for collection costs, including attorney fees and legal fees.
Delivery
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery follows the Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the shipment date.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided, but the Seller is not liable for failure to meet them.
- Goods are packaged according to the Seller’s standards unless otherwise agreed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- The recipient is responsible for ensuring lawful importation of the product to the destination country.
- Shipments outside India may be subject to import taxes and customs duties.
- Buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes. Currently, our shipments are sent without Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning additional duty or taxes upon receipt.
- In exceptional cases, contact us for assistance with duty or taxes.
Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
- The Seller disclaims warranties except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
- No responsibility for the quality of Goods or their fitness for a specific purpose.
Color Disclaimer
- Product colors displayed on screens may differ slightly due to monitor variations and lighting during photography.
Price Disclaimer
- We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing.
- If an item is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.
Force Majeure
- The Seller is not responsible for timely delivery due to factors beyond its control.
- These factors may include legal actions, strikes, fires, acts of God, etc.
General
- The Buyer cannot assign this Agreement without the Seller’s consent.
- The Seller is the sole intended beneficiary.
- Inconsistencies with other agreements related to Goods are resolved in favor of this Agreement.
- Modifications require the Seller’s written agreement.
- Additional terms attached to the Buyer’s order are void unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
